Refund Policy

I want you to be very happy and completely satisfied with your purchase.

If there is a serious problem, I will do my best to resolve it.

Returns of original paintings are only accepted within a certain timeframe. You must contact me within 48hours of delivery and ship the painting back within 7 days of delivery. Painting must be packaged in the exact same way it arrived and shipped with a tracking number.

When a Refund May Be Offered

A refund is available only if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged, or
  • You receive a different painting than the one ordered.

If this happens, please email contact.salmasart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the artwork and packaging so I can review and assist you quickly.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, all return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Once I receive the returned artwork in good condition, I will process the refund.

Not Eligible

  • No refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
  • No refunds if the delivery address provided was incorrect.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are not refundable.
